Resin help develop these characters from the ground up and have produced a number of commercials. The Three Engine Experts known as The Apprentice, Master and Fatso (or Richard, Jeremy and James) have become national heroes in Europe where they have been used in a number of commercials and print campaigns. They continue on and have been acknowledged as the most successful campaign for the Total brand based on user tests.

An awesome project to be a part of featuring Moto GP legend, Mick Doohan. Resin helped recreate a motorcycle accident at 1000fps. With the talent filmed on a green screen set at Fox Studios, Resin brought together the environment, CG motorcycle, debris and abrasions on the motorcyclist wearing nothing but body paint courtesy of the talented Emma Hack.

Resin developed the treatments and art directed everything you see. Around 120 branding IDs and package elements created for Disney's XD channel in the USA, used for station branding throughout summer 2012.

View our recent animated commercial for Mamee Monster Noodle Snacks. The commercial has also been produced for cinema release as a stereoscopic version. Mamee is sporting the spoils of an updated fur pipeline and the character asset was completely overhauled from the original created for the 2008 produced commercial.

Quoll 'Blackhouse'

Sparky is an Australian Native Quoll. Resin was tasked with producing a photo-realistic CGI quoll who was animated to run in a retro styled power generation wheel. The commercial featured Quoll's in the roofspaces and wall cavities of homes throughout Perth. The client received a few complaints about how they could do that to the cute little quolls, sounds like we did a good job :-) Resin has produced several commercials featuring the Quolls as the campaign continues to be successful.

Resin's commercial for the 2012 Adelaide Festival. The commercial was entirely conceived, directed and produced by Resin. Award at AADC for Motion Design.
